Personalised delivery notes and order messages service. 

We automatically provide this service to all Own Label customers who use our dropshipping service and it is free of charge.

What you get

This service has two handy features:

• Personalised delivery note:  Delivery notes accompanying your Own Label dropship orders will be personalised with your company logo, contact details and product names (provided during the Own Label setup process). 

• Personalised messages to customers:  This feature enables you to type in a personalised message to an individual dropship customer during the order checkout process. This message will then appear on the delivery note for that customer only.

How can I use the personalised messages feature to increase sales and promote re-orders?

This is a great marketing tool to help increase sales and promote re-orders, as it enables direct after-sales contact with your customers.

With the ability to add a message to every dropship order, you can (for example)...

• offer a discount code off their next order
• direct them back to your website or social media accounts
• provide instructions on usage
• suggest other products they might like to try, based on their purchase
• leave them a personal message
• ask them for feedback on your sales platforms.

Important points to note

• We will set up your logo and contact details for the personalised delivery notes as part of the Own Label setup process - there is nothing for you to do.
• No product prices are shown on the delivery notes.
